TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All bookings are subject to the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the entire cost of the stay.
2. Cancellation of bookings will only be accepted if there are documented, justifiable reasons for doing so, and will result in the loss of the deposit equal to:
- 50% for cancellations made 30 days before the date of arrival
- 70% for cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the date of arrival
- 100% for cancellations made 15 to 0 days before the date of arrival
3. Requests for reimbursement, together with the relative documents, must be sent to WEST INCOMING within and not after 5 days of the cancellation.
The requests for reimbursement will be examined and the client will be informed of the outcome by post.
4. WEST INCOMING will not be held responsible for cases of unforeseeable, extraordinary events or for theft or loss of property from the rooms.
5. The rooms may not be occupied by a greater number of people than that stated in the booking voucher. Rooms will not be handed over to those who do not abide by these terms and conditions.
6. Great care is taken to give a true description of the rooms and accommodation facilities. However, as these descriptions are written well in advance of the client's stay, some changes may have occurred in the meanwhile. Should the client notice any such discrepancies, they are asked to inform the management within 24 hours of arrival.
7. In the case of breakdowns or malfunctions (plumbing, electrical systems, etc.), the client must inform the management and appropriate action will be taken.
8. On arrival, all clients must produce a copy of their booking (voucher) and an identity card/passport. The times established for guests' arrival is between 12.00 and 19.30 for normal arrivals. Clients must inform the management at least 72 hours before the arrival date, by mail or telephone, of arrivals after 19.30.
9. Cleaning of the apartments does not include the kitchen area or dishes and a surcharge of euro 25 will be made if this is required.
10. For the payment of the balance of your stay at the hotel we accept payments in cash, or Visa and Master cards, and pago bancomat debit cards.
