Luxurious Mediterranean-style villa situated to the north-west
of San Vito Lo Capo with a view of the sea.
The structure, which has recently been turned into a Relais, is enclosed by a spacious garden (2,000 sqm) with shady trees and a large swimming pool. There is plenty of space to park on the road outside the villa, in a very quiet area (there is also the possibility of leaving your vehicle in an attended car park in the town, a charge applies). The villa is one kilometre from the beach of San Vito Lo Capo

The area where the villa is located is connected to the town by a
dead end road used only by the people staying in the area and so, even at the height of the summer season, it is still very peaceful.
Just outside the premises (200 mt) there is a nature trail that leads to
the Cala Mancina; the trail winds along the coast for one kilometre past cliffs and caves with prehistoric graffiti; the trail ends in a small bay called “cala mancina” ideal for bathing and far from the summer crowds.

In respect to the town, the villa is located behind a hill and
signal reception for cell phones is poor. A landline is available for the use
of guests: charge applies.
